Caribou

Our Mulchatna caribou herd is growing every year and our game biologists now estimate the size of the herd at 200,000 plus animals, making it one of the very prime hunting areas in the entire state. We are constantly scouting before and during the season to find the highest concentration of the herd. Because the caribou herds are always on the move, we check on you and your party every day the weather permits and if the herd has moved out of your area, we pick up you and the camp and fly to where they are. That's why our success rate on caribou is almost always 100%.

 

For a true trophy caribou you must hunt the rut which falls in October. This is a specialized custom hunt that is put together specifically for each client or party. To find out more please inquire via email or phone.
